Administrative Services

Directs financial, payroll and computer system operations. The Division budgets and administers over $22 million in federal, State and local funding for services and programs, including monthly billings and payments for over 100 vendors. Purchasing, payroll, payment for service billings for clients, contract issuance & maintenance and general accounting practices are part of their responsibilities. The daily operation of a 70+ station office computer network & various software applications is another function.

Addresses personnel issues and policy development, maintains attendance and leave records, administers Affirmative Action plan and employment recruiting efforts. AR Division also handles communication, community education, vehicle fleet and facility management duties, as well as in-house preparation and response for media releases and contacts. In addition, the Caring for Caregivers community education and the medication management education program operate out of AR Division
Consumer Care

Operates the PASSPORT, Care Coordination and Service Coordination case managed programs, which provide a combination of professional on staff assessment and case management activities with prescribed levels of required services needed by each individual client to maintain their health & welfare in their own homes, wherever appropriate; also operate the free Long Term Care consultation information and advisory program for people of any age or circumstance.

Q&P Division develops and monitors contracts for local direct service provision through outside businesses and agencies, including quality assurance activities for providers and staff; provides advice and technical assistance for contract and operational compliance. This division also is responsible for general liaison with local communities, groups and organizations, including community relations, coordination of new &/or special programs; consultation, referral & advisory services for organizations; professional & paraprofessional training programs; and, development and/or management of special grants, outreach initiatives and business assistance opportunities.
